international wild food course Belgium
this wild food course is specially designed for expats and english natives living in Belgium. During this training, we will show you around the country, visiting new nature areas, while learning about wild edible plants and mushrooms. After this course you will be able to continue foraging for wild foods. Plants that are discussed are plants native to most moderate climates in the northern hemisphere, meaning you can use this knowledge nearly anywhere. During this course you will meet likeminded people and enjoy the wild side of Belgium.

From the author of “the wild food book”
Ben Brumagne, with his company Forest To Plate, was one of the first in the Low Countries to put wild foraging on the map and immersed himself very thoroughly in the subject. In this book he not only compiles his plant knowledge, he also enriches it with wonderful stories and his own experiences. So far it has only been published in Dutch, but during this course you will get a fully translated version.
