Wildchefs is a concept by Plantbased chef Pieter-jan Lint and Ben Brumagne ( Forest to plate).
The idea is to find wild food and turn it into delicious plates, while at the same time, promote local, wild and plant based foods.
“Wildchefs” weekends take place in the small village Vireux Molhain, on the border of Belgium and France, where the Headquarters of Forest To Plate is. The house “Mont Vireux” is the perfect place for a weekend full of new adventures and flavors.
