You will learn how to identify plants easily,and how to use them in everyday meals.
Herbalist and forager Ben Brumagne loves plants. Although young he has searched for plants all over the world, he even went by bike from Brussels to India.
We're happy to welcome Ben here; he's a wild speaker full of enthusiasm and knowledge; and he’s a great cook!
Ben will take you on a hike along different eco systems and will explain the history of medicinal and edible uses of several plants. We will make a fire and prepare a communal dinner with our harvest.
